FAMILY BEACH HOUSE !
We have a lovely family beach house available for long term rental (90 days or more) - on Sullivans Island, just next door to historic Fort Moultrie. It is available year round and Rental is $3500/month (April - September) and $2500/month (October - March). It is completely furnished. Sullivans Island is a quiet, safe, upscale community. There are many excellent restaurants on the Island or nearby on Isle Of Palms, Mt. Pleasant and, of course, in downtown Charleston (about 20 min away).
The house is the rear of two houses on a front beach lot, and is about 100 steps to the ocean. It sleeps 6 comfortably with 3 Bedrooms and 2 full baths. Optionally, kids like to sleep on the screened in porch. Bedroom 1 has twin beds, Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed. The Master Suite has a Queen bed, a small office with desk and cable modem connection, bathroom, sun porch and a spiral staircase up to a wonderful roof top porch with a spectacular view of the ocean and Charleston Harbor. All linens, cook and dishware included, blender, Washer/Dryer, dishwasher, cable TV/VCR, an outdoor shower, a gas grill and a 2 car garage.Walk to the front yard and onto the beach where you can watch the dolphins play and the pelicans feed. Throw in a line for some nice shore fishing, go swimming, sailing or crabbing.
